If you cancel one piece, you will not be able to use the deposit for another piece instead. This is to maintain the rights of artists who lose the opportunity to accept other client works & time}

3. Edit : _{edit the sketch for free 3 times and can edit the color free 1 time in base color stage. If more than that will be charged 20$ per time or according to the difficulty. Limit extra edit only 2 times because there are other queues waiting.

3. แก้ไข _{แก้เสก็ชได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง และ แก้ไขสีเบสได้ 1 ครั้งก่อนส่งอัพเดต Final หากเกินจะคิดครั้งละ 500+ บาท หรือตามความยากง่ายของการแก้ไข และแก้ไขเกินโควต้าฟรีได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้งเนื่องจากมีคิวอื่นรออยู่ค่ะ ขั้นตอนที่มีการคอนเฟิร์มแล้วอาจมีส่วนไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้}4. ระยะเวลาการทำงานและการแทรกงาน _{ใช้เวลาทำงาน 1-7 วันต่อชิ้นงาน หยุดทุกวันอาทิตย์ งานเร่งที่แทรกมาจากคิวชีทคิดเพิ่ม 40%-50% นักวาดจะพิจารณารับงานโดยไม่ส่งผลกระทบกับคิวหลักค่ะ}5. ราคาในตารางเป็นราคาเชิงพาณิชย์ _{อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายหากมีการทำซ้ำในผลิตภัณฑ์หลายประเภท หรือตามที่ตกลง กรุณาแจ้งจุดประสงค์การนำไปใช้ด้วยนะคะ personal use มีส่วนลดให้ตามแจ้งรูปภาพเพื่อส่งเสริมการขายสินค้าใด ๆ รวมถึง Vtuber Fanart คิดราคาการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ค่ะ}6. การเผยแพร่และเก็บผลงาน _{นักวาดขออนุญาตนำขั้นตอนการทำงานและภาพเสร็จสมบูรณ์ไปโพสลงโซเชียลมีเดียของนักวาดโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าค่ะ หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่อย่างเด็ดขาดกรุณาเขียนมาในบรีฟด้วยนะคะ อาจมีการลบไฟล์จากเครื่องนักวาดเพื่อป้องกันการรั่วไหล ผู้จ้างวานเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการเก็บไฟล์หลังจากส่งเข้าอีเมลและแจ้งยืนยันการตรวจเช็คไฟล์แล้ว}7. สิทธิ์ในการขายต่อ _{ภาพที่ซื้อด้วยราคาเชิงพาณิชย์ ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถนำไปขายเพื่อค้ากำไรได้ทุกภาพค่ะ เช่นโปสการ์ด หรือ ส่งต่อปกนิยาย กรุณาแจ้งกับนักวาดก่อน ห้ามซื้อขายงานที่เป็นราคาpersonal use ส่วนนักวาด (dorothy) สามารถนำผลงานไปทำพอร์ท โปรโมตสินค้า หรือ artbook ขายในนามศิลปินได้}8.
